Role Overview
As a Hair Stylist at Magic Salon, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services and creating looks that reflect sophistication and style. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to ensure every client enjoys an unforgettable salon experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair type, style preferences, and desired outcome.
- Perform precision haircuts, blow-dries, styling, colouring, and treatments (Botox, Keratin, Smoothening, etc.).
- Recommend professional products and aftercare routines to clients.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and professional presentation at all times.
- Stay updated on global hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Support the salon team in creating a welcoming and luxurious client experience.
- For Senior Stylists: Lead and mentor junior team members, manage client consultations, and uphold Magic Salon’s service standards.
Requirements
For Senior Stylists:
- Minimum 4+ years of professional salon experience.
- Expertise in advanced cutting, colouring, and chemical treatments.
- Strong client communication and leadership skills.
- Certification in Hairdressing / Cosmetology (preferred).
For Junior Stylists:
- 1–3 years of hands-on salon experience.
- Basic knowledge of cutting, blow-drying, and styling techniques.
- Eagerness to learn and grow under senior guidance.
- Friendly, presentable, and service-oriented attitude.
