Terms & Condition
- Gift Voucher is applicable to all Magic Salon services.
- Please present your Gift Voucher in store to redeem it.
- Gift Voucher is valid for redemption for 12 months from the date of purchase. No extensions allowed.
- Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of INR 1000, INDR 2000, INR 5000 or more
- If the cost of the service exceeds the redeemable value of a Gift Voucher, the voucher holder is required to pay the difference between the purchase price of the service and the value of the particular Gift Voucher.
- The full value of any unused credit remaining on a Gift Voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of purchase.
- If the purchase price of a service is less than the value of a Gift Voucher used for redemption, the residual credit balance of the Gift Voucher will remain on the particular voucher and may be redeemed in the future in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot exchanged for cash.
- Once the value of a Gift Voucher is redeemed, the particular voucher cannot be used again.
- Magic Salon may cancel a Gift Voucher, refuse redemption or cancel a service using a Gift Voucher if it suspects that a Gift Voucher is being used fraudulently, in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or it has reasons to believe that the voucher holder is in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- You cannot cancel a Gift Voucher once purchased.
- You cannot use Gift Vouchers to purchase another voucher, nor can you consolidate the unused value of two or more Gift Vouchers on a new T&T Voucher.
- Gift Vouchers can only be used in Tips & Toes branches.
- Once the redemption period has passed, you will not be able to use your Gift Voucher again (even if all or part of the value loaded at the time of purchase remains on the voucher) and nor will you be able to claim a refund of any unused value remaining on the Gift Voucher.
- Upon expiry of the Gift Voucher any unused value remaining on the Voucher will be forfeited.
- You should treat the Gift Vouchers as if it were cash. If you lose your Gift Voucher it will not be replaced and you will lose any unused funds on it in just the same way as if you lost your wallet.
